What is the Return Policy?

We adopt a 7-day return policy, and all eligible products can be returned for a new product or store credit, which will be valid for 6 months. You may fill out out the ‘Return & Exchange’ section on our website within 7 days of receiving the product to raise a return request.

*Note: Please ensure the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Cash on Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable.

*Note: Exchange requests will be entertained only once per order.

*Note: Return/exchange request is not valid on orders processed through store credits.


Why are certain products not eligible for return/exchange?

Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for return/exchange. All customized/occasion-wear outfits are not eligible for return/exchange. 


What is the process for returning/exchanging a product?

It takes 4 quick steps to return a product:
Step 1: Go to the ‘Return & Exchange’ section found on our website.
Step 2: Make sure to fill in the relevant details like Order Number and Reason For Return.
Step 3: In the event that you wish to return or exchange a product, we charge a Reverse Shipment fee of ₹125 for exchange & ₹200 for returns will be charged. 
Step 4: If it is a return, you will receive the refund in the form of store credit voucher for the value of the original purchase within 48 hours of the receipt of the returned product. If it is an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you within 48 hours of the receipt of the returned product.


How long will it take to process a return/exchange?

For domestic orders: 8 to 12 working days after receiving the product.
Currently, we do not accept returns on sale products, customized/occasion wear products, and all international orders.
